Pheasant hunting is glorious fun – but it can’t be enjoyed 24 hours a day. Just like the pheasants themselves, our guests have to get a good night’s rest before the hunt. And with everything our lodging and the town of Dallas, SD have to offer, you’re certain to enjoy every minute of your adventure with us.

Our newly constructed hunting lodge provides the height of prairie living: spacious, comfortable, and replete with amenities.
The 4,000 sq ft log home includes:

Attached to the hunting lodge is our 1,200 sq ft rec room, complete with:
- Full bar
- 3 big screen TVs

Dallas, SD is not a bustling metropolis like the Texan city it’s named after. It’s a picturesque frontier town, founded just after the turn of the 20th century and largely unchanged since.
If you picked a spot at random in South Dakota, you could probably have a good wing shooting experience there. But by lodging with us in Dallas, you’ll enjoy country living plus walking access to our town’s best nightlife: Frank Day’s, and Cody’s Bar. Both are cozy, salt-of-the-earth dives where you can get a good steak, a cold beer, and any other food and drink an outdoorsman (or outdoorswoman) needs. Pheasant hunting is the only “industry” to speak of here in Dallas, so the local watering holes will welcome you with open arms and treat you right!
If members of your hunting party intend to enjoy a real night on the town, then there’s no need to worry about driving or anyone getting lost. Our lodging awaits just 100 yards down the road!

Please Note:
- Above rates do not include tips for guides, your SD hunting license, or sales tax. SD sales tax varies from 5.5 to 8.5% for different parts of your experience (i.e. meals, lodging, and the actual hunt itself).
- We require a 50% deposit on all hunts. Please contact us for further details about our deposit policy.

OPEN 24 hours BUT...
The 2024 SD pheasant season opens October 19th, 2024 and runs til January 31st, 2025. If you would rather hunt before those dates, we also have access to a preserve and the preserve season begins September 1st.
